Reports: What formats are available?
All Watch Reports and Notices are sent to you via email and automatically posted to your account in the CheckMark Network Portal upon successful delivery.
Should you prefer NOT to receive reports via email, you can suppress email delivery and ONLY access the data directly on-line.
For Report Delivery you can choose multiple delivery formats. The default is HTML / eMail. Below is a listing of the available options:
up to 20 email addresses per watch (TO, CC and BCC fields available)
HTML (embedded – this is the most popular format)
eMail with attachment – PDF, RTF, CSV, zipped CSV or zipped HTML)
FTP Upload
XML or RTF is available
this format requires you to have an FTP and provide us with credentials
reports will be automatically uploaded in the desired format
